What to expect: Our staple milk based espresso coffee for all our cafes. Expect lots of chocolate and caramel notes in your cappuccino balanced with a touch of acidity and a lingering aftertaste. The Vintage blend also makes for a great bold filter coffee that can be enjoyed all day long.
Allow coffee to age around 10 days from roast date for best results.
When I first tasted Vintage blend, back when the company was Rave coffee, it was my go to as a home barista. It is still in my top 3 blends as I cycle through different local coffee roasters.

I was visiting Banff last week and brought with me a small bag back home in usa. A shame they don't do international shipping. I will bring a suitcase next time just for this coffee.
The vintage blend has become my favorite among all the beans I've tried. Works well with my Aeropress and is perfect for making my lattes. I wish they were available in Calgary but the delivery is quick.
Maybe that's what they should call the Vintage blend. It's so easy to dial in whether making espresso to lattes, to pour over.

I love this coffee. I live in B.C. and when I’m in Banff I’ll make a trip to Canmore or I’ll just order online. It’s so smooth, not bitter at all and almost has a creaminess to it. Enjoy every cup.

As a long time coffee drinker, all around the globe, I can confidently say that this is some of the best coffee I've ever had.
Had the pleasure of coming across this place during a wedding last fall and loved it so much, ordered the Vintage for both regular drip brew and our espresso Sundays.
The aroma was tantalizing and it's been quite some time since I reacted the way I did to the smell of grounded coffee.
Ordered it late in the week so took a while to get to us here in Nova Scotia but worth the wait.

Rich body and delicious chocolatey and nutty notes. Only tried brewing on the standard Aeropress so far, but will be trying on other brewers soon (Clever dripper and Pulsar brewer) as I explore this newly found hobby. Was my favourite until I tried a sampler 90g bag of Kunjin and that is my all-favorite so far.
The Vintage has been my favourite from the times Eclipse was called Raw coffee and had only one small roastery in Canmore. The best coffee, worth ordering since we moved away.

I have worked at several coffee shops and drank my fair share of Americanos/coffees. This one is my all time favourite. It's smooth, chocolatey, and not too bitter. It's also very low acidity so it's great for my acid reflux 😅. I've been buying the 950g bag ground for espresso for over a year and I keep coming back to it. My favourite blend. Great in iced coffees/Americanos too! Love love love.
